why are people deleting their profiles from orkut???..any guesses???

i think its due to many romours doing their rounds about the fake profiles being created. i m not too sure though...

yeah......mayb u are right..but most of my friends are wasting theior time on orkut..talking to someone or the other..they realized it finally and then del their profile..well..few even did it in a fit of rage ..u kno..ppl lose the sense of control when they are frustrated..wotsay??

well m sure ppl who are deletin dere profiles dint find dere long lost frens on tht site..i cant even think of doin so..i hav found al my frens wid whom i couldnt even think tht i wud get into touch wid dem again..m happi dat somethin like orkut also exists..:)

many reasons to delete profiles...
1 main reason is tat it kills time..apart from it they delete the profiles when they hear rumors and also some indidents like the one happend in this last week....some do it in frustation..some do it to begin new profiles and some do it when they get so many friend requests from strangers and also due to abusive languages

Orkut is Grabbing the time of all individuals...
Even I use to spend hours togeather in Orkut....Which is a barracade for my regular life....
So After some time being in Orkut..People recognize it and they quit from Orkut..

As far as i have heard....orkut is being used by many criminal groups as well n has become an easy way of exchanging info online...offcourse the police is keeping watch...jus a few days back it was in the papers that a criminal grop has jus been identifed n rumours of orkut gettin closed were also swarming around....apart from this reason i also think that voilation of 1's privacy by gtettin all access to images 1 uploads n then further dirtying them has also decreased orkut's popularity....but i still love the place....have found so many of my frens n made very awesome new 1's 2.

SOME POEPLE ARE MISUSUING ORKUT BY CREATING FAKE PROFILES AND
STARTING SOME UN ACCEPTABLE COMMUNITIES AND SO I THINK PEOPLE ARE DELETING THEIR PROFILES FROM ORKUT

it is a news for me that people are removing their profiles from orkut, i am also in orkut and i am not going to remove my profile from orkut, i have many friends there and my own communities have many members,... but i will check it again... because it is the first time i came to know that people are closing accounts...
