purpose of friends in mylot

hey guys am new to rkut and i receive lot of friend requests and i dont know what is the purpose of friend in mylot they are not even responding the messages am sending them so please do help me in this regard tell me your valuable comments?

As this place is quite crowded, I have selected only a few friends who seem to share the same interests as me, and who write in a clear and proper manner, i.e., who can organise their thoughts and get their point across efficiently. I then mainly check the discussions they have initiated and essentially respond to them before I go and sift through the rubbish of the main discussions to try and find something interesting.

well mylot allows friends and members to communicate with each other through messages....some respond others dont...
try to make friends who have similar likes or dislikes and try to keep in touch with them....also try to post as regularly as possible in their discussions.
