Cut and paste prohibition for users with rating less than 500

It is very unpleasant to note that Mylot has prohibited users from cut and pasting the matters for discussion. Though the idea of Mylot may be good for avoiding spamming, it deprieves one of using advanced technology of cutting and pasting. A lot of people will key in the matter in their leisure time offline, and email it to their IDs from where they are cut and pasted in the discussion box. This saves lot of Internet usage time. If Mylot prohibits the users from cutting and pasting, people like me would find it hard to use Mylot. Can I expect the authorities to reconsider and loosen the policy? I also seek other member users to support me by taking up the matter with Mylot appropriately.
