-Not all the people in lower caste need reservation.
-Only those people who are living below poverty line need to be uplifted.
-Not all the people in lower caste are economically weak. Many are well established, economically strong enough to support other as well.
-Not all the people from upper caste are economically strong.
-Therefore BROADLY SPEAKING, CASTE IS NOT THE CRETERION WHICH CLEARLY DIFFERENTIATES UPLIFTED FROM UNLIFTED SOCIETY.
-Therefore the clear cut parameter which can differentiate people at large & withoug any discrimination is THEIR ECONOMICAL STATUS.
-Therefore the policy which tries to benefit particular caste is a BIG FAILURE.
SOLUTION WHICH CREATES NEGATIVE ATMOSPHERE TOWARDS LOWER CASTE:
-The economically backward group should NOT demand RESERVATION based on CASTISM but on ECONOMICAL STATUS OF FAMILY.
SOLUTION WHICH CREATES POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE TOWARDS LOWER CASTE:
-The economically backward group should be given -
--FREE TRAINING FOR [may be from upper/lower caste] ENABLING THEM TO PREPARE FOR ANY COMPETITIVE EXAMS.
--NO FEE TO BE PAID TO APPEAR IN ANY SUCH EXAM.
OUTCOME OF SUCH POLICY:
--No need for RESERVATION IN EMPLOYMENT CIRCLES, THEREFORE no need to complicate the PROMOTION SYSTEM in SERVICE CANDIDATES.
--No need for RESERVATION IN EDUCATIONAL CIRCLES.
This is my personal point but I strongly feel this view to be of majority of people globally. Any suggesstion which can help in eleminating this caste based society will be strongly welcome.
Thanks.
