Tenacious D is one of a very few select that are at the TOP of my listening at the moment. Jack Black is freakin' hilarious most of the time (Nacho Libre a notable exception, unfortunately), and Kyle is rockin'! Music and humor are both all about your own tastes, and those, IMHO, are totally up to you. And I LOVE TENACIOUS D!!!! :D

Well I would just have to say that IT IS THE BEST MUSIC IN THE WORLD!! I love these silly mofos. I love how JB is just so over the top all the time and so intense. It is halarious, but at the same time strangley awesome.

The combination of intensity and tenacity makes them more appealing to the masses!;) Jack Black is so lively and very expressive, everytime he sings their songs.

very funny and very original. Its nice to see music not taking itself so seriously for a change. I think that's where they get their fan base from.

Haha, I've known Tenacious D during an awards night where Jack Black's the host with Justine Timberlake goofing around with him (or should I say, the other way around). Though weird, they're rockin' hard-core!

If you haven't listened to their songs yet, try looking for them on youtube or grouper.com. Try to look for wonderboy and tribute, dave grohl has a special appearance on that "tribute" video!;)

They are annoying and I couldn't believe my brother in law actually bought their cd. Jack black has a few good movies, but overall... he's just weird.
