Yes, I still love watching some cartoons, and I never miss the new long cartoons. Me favorite is Shrek and Over the Hedge

yes, i am 28 and i still watch cartoons like mr. bean. i also watch dora the explorer. and i love watching animes, too like samurai X, prince of tennis, beat, pokemon, and a lot more.

if they still had the old time cartoons then yes. things like the smurfs, scoobeedoo, mufet babies, stuff like them
