how many of you use alarm to get up in the morning?

i dont use alarm clock, at any cost i will get up at 5.30 what about you

It is impossible for me wake up without alarms. Even sometimes i didn't wake up after having 5-6 alarms also. God know what will happen to myself.

if i dont use the alarm i wake up at 11 so for me the alarm is a must

ya for some it is necessary but for some it doesn't if any one practice on can use one's own biological clock
