Technology for deaf and dumb

As per world survey in 2004, around 15 percentage of world population are having handicap like deaf, dumb, blind,mental disorder either by birth or in between. Maximum people who are by birth handicapped were illitrate due to sources not reaching, family members not taking interest, etc. This is a great concern for all human beings and is this not our morale responsibility to look after fellow human beings? As a fellow human being I want to suggest to software companies like microsoft, linux, etc, and other freelane softwarers/ programmers to develop a software which can be utilised by these handicapped community to learn read and write easily . In the same way, other mambers of mylot coomunity can suggest some good ways, topics which can lead to these companies or personnel to develop, then it is good for these communities.
