7 ways - I try to keep healthy

1. Drink lots of water and juices
2. Eat only fruits in the breakfast
3. Walk walk walk... inside the mall, in your garden/house
4. Incoorporate salads/green vegetables in your meals
5. Drink 1 cup of warm milk every day
6. Eat almonds, cherrys to staisfy hunger in between the meals
7. Climb stairs 8-10 times a day

Yes, it's very important,'Be happy'.Relax your mind through meditation,listening to some good music or hobbies which make you happy.

Thanks for your comments. In today's 'junk food' world, its very important to watch what we eat. Since I go to office everyday, I find it very difficult to take some time out for exercise. Watching my diet helps me keep healthy and fit.
