I have to agree with randi, both is the best way to grab details. I have to research a lot from my articles and books and I find a disparity of viewpoint or in details can help direct what I am working on.

Both have its importance..newspaper tells u of the news that has already happened..but TV keeps u updated with the latest happening at that moment.So according to me both r important.Above all TV has its impact becoz of its visual power.
