hi is there anyne here to help me out....i have very weak knowledge about the motors specifically the stepper motors.... i want a complete knowledge about the stepper motor cp056 960617 135...for what purpose is it used the volt ampere ratings and whether it is a unipolar or a bipolar motor....i think it had five terminals on it also i want to know whether the unipolar stepper motors can be rotated in any direction ie clockwise as well as anticlockwise or it can happen only with the bipolar motors.... if anyone knows a proper site also having details then also please scrap it here..if anybody knows anything about it then please help

Stepper motor consist of a permanamt magnet rotating shat, called the rotor, and the electro magnets on the stationary portion that surrounds the motor, called the stator. One complete rotaion of a stepper motr. We can see that the motor is beginning at the upper electromagnet, which is currently active ( has voltage applied to it). To move the rotor clockwise(CW), the upper electro magnet is deactivated an the right electro magnet is activated, causing the rotor to move 90 degrees CW, aligning itself with the magnet. This process is repeated in the same manner at the south and west electro magnets until we once again reach the starting position.
