Does India has a killeer instinct or not???????

India is one of the few country in the world that has got nucleur power..still it does not misuse's it and has made it only for self protection and not to destroy the mankind..what do u want to say about this?????????

India is a civilized country and this kind of behaviour is expected from any decent country. Why would one use nuclear weapons for no reason. It should only be for self-defence. But India does lack killer instinct. If it didn't India would have been superpower by now.

I say right now India is using their nuclear power in the right way, to help themselves. but, 20 years from now Indian politics could change and with all that power India could become selfish and use it in a harsh way to gain control over other things. We never know what our governments will do from one year to the next. for now India is deserving of the power they hold.

well india was the first one to test them it wasnt threatened by any nuclear state before and it is one of those countries which have UN resolutions against them concerning Kashmir and still it doesnt comply and let hold a plebicite
