half boiled? I've never heard of such a thing, is it sorta like a poached egg though??? Sounds interesting.

I like half boiled eggs and I love egg yolks. I am learning to cut down as egg yolks has got the highest cholesterols although recent studies seems to suggest that it is good.

I like my eggs well scrambled. I don't like them runny or under cooked. they have to be very dry and full of flavor

Yep, I love my eggs scrambled, sometimes cut up a bit of bacon and fry some onion and tomato with it as well with salt to taste.
