Well if you hear my husband and son, it is FOOTBALL! Only they aren't real happy this year with their might Steelers. You would think that they personally were out there in the field getting beat to a pulp!

I think football is the number one sport in the world as it is played worldwide and have different styles of football from the NFL, Canadian Football League, Arena Football League and you have some international leagues as well. I could see soccer and baseball as possibilities too but football would be my choice for number one sport.

Football is the number one sport in the world,it is played in virtually all the countries in the world,it is a mega millions industry,it commands the largest followership in the whole world.Basket ball maybe the biggest sport in America but it would interest you to know that basketball is not even played in some countries

I am not a big sports persons. But I think hockey is the number one sport. I know I am from Canada and it is our National Winter sport. But just look at the National Hockey League, so many of the players are from all over the world. So there must be professional hockey in all these countries too.

For me the best is basketball, becouse I play it a lot but the soccer is prety good too but i'm not quite good at it thats becouse I like more basketball. Actualy bouth of those team sports are very dinamic and interesting. Thanks for making such a good discussion!

The number 1 sport in the world is soccer. it is played in every single country in the world. Also in every country insteade of america and canada it is usually their national sport. it is played in america too but i think that in america the number 1 sport is football. But in the world soccer is the nuber 1 sport.
