How to be an English Teacher

English teacher should be a person who communicate good in English. It is not just teaching from the text book but the English teacher should enable the student to talk in English and use English Language without making any grammar mistakes. He or she should be patient enough to correct the student and to find out the mistatkes through error analysis and do some remedial measures.. anything more to add or any other suggestions?
