I believe that tea is better for you than coffee. There are certain aspects in coffee that do aid in helping areas of your body. However coffee is so majorly abused that unfortunately people miss out on the great factors that it has.
Tea has so many uses in the body if used properly. I drink a lot of tea and it helps my body tremendously.

yes they say tea is good for cleansing your body waste or something like that. but i rarely drink those, and only if im out of coffee stock. it aches my tummy, just maybe am not used to it.
am a coffee lover. there's actually good benefit from coffee as well. there's some conducted studies that coffee is a good. ;)
but for me it's the best. =)

Both in moderation. I think Coffee has something that aids your heart if I remember correctly, though.
