It seems more and more people these days say that rap music is basicly just the same from artist to artist. The main thing is that all they sing about is money, cars, houses, rims, women, and all the other stuff they got. so do u think that its overplayed and going out of style, or do u think that it will still be here for a while. if u do think its going out of style what style of music do u think is going to be the style of music to replace rap and why?

I agree with you. I listen to old school rap by Tupac and Biggie when I need a break from all the mainstream crap. Rap these days have the same beats, no originality and demean women. And being female, most of it offends me sometimes. I think that rap won't ever die out but it will evolve. Will that evolution be a more positive one? That's to be decided on the artist I suppose.
