If you could pass a law what would it be? Sky is the limit. My law would be that car insurance would not exceep $200 no matter the company.

Good one! If a person pays for yearly insurance he or she would get a full rebate for driving clean during that year. Thats one way one wouldn't have to pay for faulty drivers.
