For the New Year are you trying to lose weight?

I am, I am hoping to lose about 20-30 pounds by this summer, and will be going back on the weight watchers point system which was beneficial last time I used it. How do you plan to attain your weight loss goals?

I plan to try and lose some weight but I haven`t decided which plan I will use yet. I am a lifetime member to weight watchers but I would like to try la weightloss at home. good luck with your weightloss.

Have heard any of the plans that have their own food end up being a lost cause because you get sick of having to eat the specific type of food they say. At least with Weight Watchers you can eat out from time to time and just be careful about caloric intake.

the la weightloss plan you eat regular food from the grocery stores. I am starting tomorrow. I hope it goes well. it seems that you can eat a lot of food. wish me luck.

only thing is if you eat a lot of food then you won't lose weight.

me too. I am going to try by eating low carbs and eating more vegtables and meat and fruits and drinking a lot of water.. I am not sure about keeping it off though.

Problem is meat has fat as well, I'm not sure the whole low carb thing will end up being as reliable as cutting caloric intake and exercise.

Nope lol, but just because I dont need to lose it ;) I am 1.72m tall and my weight is only 50kg so my problem is too small weight... But good luck to everyone who are ready to take action! All the best!

I already lost twenty-six pounds and am down to 211 lb. (although I can go to 210 lb but then I am awfully hungry) We are going on an Alaskan cruise tomorrow and I heard you gain ten lb. I hope not to gain any and hope to continue losing until I reach 140=145 lb. Wish me luck. I'll need it as I get very hungry.
