For the New Year are you trying to lose weight?

Have heard any of the plans that have their own food end up being a lost cause because you get sick of having to eat the specific type of food they say. At least with Weight Watchers you can eat out from time to time and just be careful about caloric intake.

only thing is if you eat a lot of food then you won't lose weight.

Problem is meat has fat as well, I'm not sure the whole low carb thing will end up being as reliable as cutting caloric intake and exercise.

I already lost twenty-six pounds and am down to 211 lb. (although I can go to 210 lb but then I am awfully hungry) We are going on an Alaskan cruise tomorrow and I heard you gain ten lb. I hope not to gain any and hope to continue losing until I reach 140=145 lb. Wish me luck. I'll need it as I get very hungry.
