Do you keep a daily journal or diary?

Do you keep a daily journal or diary? Do you think it helps you to work through your thoughts? I always start them and don't keep up with them. What is the point of having them too if you don't want anyone else to ever see them?

Yes,i am use to keep a daily journal on work and living.And i do not keep the diary for everyday.
