If you have an 8x8 checkered square (i.e., a chess board) how many squares would there be in total?

The size of the squares don't matter really but Think about how many squares can hide in side a bigger square. Wanna try again?

No it is 204. There are many squares inside if an 8x8 checkered square. Thanks for guessing though. I would have put a picture up to let you see but it won't let me.

It isn't a trick really but the answer isn't 64 care to try again. This is one of those that requires more though at least it did for me.
