where have you been to for New Year Countdown?

Where have you been to for New Year Countdown? I was in the city.. but I had to escape out because there were bombs planted around there. I'm in Bangkok, Thailand though. so.. I didn't really get to go join the Countdown stuff.. Anyone else?

I've been at home with my girlfriend and didn't really participate in the Countdown - had much more interesting things to do :). My best New Year Eve so far :)
