What are the best Vegetarian and Vegan foods?

I am thinking of taking meat out of my diet. Could anyone give me some pointers and tell me some of their favorite vegan and vegitarian foods? Thanks

That is something i just couldn't go just eat vegies i loe them but sometimes i want some meat :) Sorry i can't give any really good tips there probably some goo vegetarian cookbooks in a book store
