SONY VEGAS and AVID LIQUID PRO but if you want ease of use and just plain editing go for ulead.

sony vegas is also very user friendly when compared to adobe premiere or final cut pro. I find Vegas is great for editing, you can do almost anything you want. It's more advanced than Ulead, and you have more freedom to do the things you want.
