I had a baby four months ago, and already i have lost so much. I gained close to 50 pounds with the pregnancy. i was a size 3 before I was pregnant and now I fit in a size 5. I don't excercise only when I'm chasing the kids, and lugging them around. I just eat foods that are good for you. I found that I get so busy that I forget to eat which helps but that's not good. I started taking Relacore, which worked wonders, and now I'm taking Lipozene which seems to be helping. When I am dieting I usually eat a banana and yogurt for breakfast, skip lunch and eat cereal for dinner (Special K). It may not sound very fullfilling but I hardly ever feel hungry. Don't forget about vitamins though, they are an essential when dieting.

You are not alone. My doc says it is harder to lose and keep weight off a few years after having a baby. Something about your body storing up fat in case you need to feed the baby. Weird huh? All I know is I just had a baby 2 years ago and the last 2 years have been a struggle. I lost a lot of weight right before the last pregnancy by eating a very low calorie diet (400-800 calories!) and walking 30 minutes a day. It works great but it is tough! I too lost right after the baby was born but it seems to want to creep back on. I guess you just have to find a way to get that exercise in each day (really hard to do with little kids around)so it will boost your metabolism. Good luck and don't give up!

Do you have any health problems? If so speak to your Dr. before you try this. I have a sure fired, tried 'n true way to lose inches, cellulite, tummy, all of eat and eat WHATEVER you want and AS MUCH of it as you want ... Your bathtub becomes a sauna ... Rich folks pay a fortune for something they already have in their bathrooms ... Fill your tub to about a couple of inches from the top ... put a towel down the back to lean against ... a towel down your front ... a wash rag for a headband... Keep the water*deep* enough to cover your front... Soak in the HOT water for 30 minutes EVERY night ... The trick here is to SWEAT LIKE A STUCK PIG!!! The more you sweat, the better ... The hot water speeds the metabilism and burns the fat and cellulite. The more you sweat, the better! ... Pull the plug in the tub, wave bye~bye to the fat as it goes down the drain, shower w/ moisturizing body wash, shampoo your hair, and go eat a cheesecake! Go in the next night and soak it off again ... I went from a size 10 to a 7 in 30 days. Do it at night just before you go to bed, and you will SLEEP LIKE A BABY!!! Do it every night for 30 days. After that, as often as you like. It works!!!
