having problems accessing mylot

i've noticed that whenever i use mylot, my browser kinda like slows down. then when i open a tab, it displays a message that says internet explorer cannot open page and i have to restart my computer. i have to do this everytime i access mylot. it's very annoying. what should i do? has anyone experienced this?
