It depends lot on the situation. If you take indian context arragned marriages are more successful then love marriages.

A marriage filled with love. Arranged marriages, while I do respect those cultures that still do it, aren't based on love. It makes me feel like two strangers are getting pushed together because society wants it that way. I'd much rather be with someone that I loved and who wanted to be with me instead of someone who was forced into it.
