Which OS platform is Better

hm..here comes a chance to Discuss about the Operating system..i Use Windows XP..i think XP is faster tahn any But my Friend has a contradiction with my thoughts..he told me taht UBUNTU is more faster than XP...so here is a chance to discuss this and find the result come on post our comments

Well, your friend is right. Ubuntu is the faster and also the better OS provided you are a power user and are not afraid of using the console.

i wonder whether i have heard about UBUNTU! could u plz explain it to me? but sounds like if you compare winxp with ubuntu xp is far more better. coz you have got allmost every software compatible with windows, most of the games today are based on windows platform. this is the best thing about os.
