Oprah Winfrey donated a 40 million dollar academy for girls in Africa. No other celebrities can do this, I was amazed by this kind of gratitude to poor children of Africa. I salute you Oprah.
What is your reaction to this?

I don't think think it's a matter Of no other celebrity can ....the matter is who else will.My hat definitely goes off to her. I think it's a shame that people here in the us were giving her grief about why didn't she do that here?I totally understand why she didn't 1)to be able to give these girls a fighting chance to better themselves to get out of povrty.
2)because here I would honestly have to say for the most part the emphasis is not soo much on education but on other things.
Anyway,I Love OPRAH I feel that she is a genuine person we need more people kie her in the world.

I believe education is the best weapon to fight poverty. Oprah is a wise woman. Other celebrities can do this, they can also build smaller schools. Tom and Katy could have donated all that money they spent on their wedding and post wedding party on a school. The day I see celebrities sharing more of their wealth will be the day I have more respect for them.
