Blind people will certainly dream. Why the doubts about it ? Dreams are said to be expressions of our experiences.The experiences we realize it through not only eyes but also from ears and skin and thoughts(thinking power). Hence you can certainly believe that blind people also dream.

They can imagine things they never seen even if they are blind since they were born. Images/representations of the world are created by your brain, not your eyes. This is how they have their sense of orientation.

I think they do more then us because blind people have great senses but it depends if someoane was blind since birth have just auditory dreams. Blind people see in their dreams depends on how much they could ever see in their life
