What kind of pillow do you use?

I sleep on a "low" pillows. I prefer to sleep without a pillow instead of sleeping on a high pillow. What about you?

i cant sleep without a soft pillow. it helps me have a good sleep.

I like soft pillows, too. But I think my hair suffers from them.
