I don't understand the problem actually. If he is having three accounts, thee minimum amounts in the accounts were unnecessarily maintained, Instead they can be clubbed and make use of it somewhere.

i've got only one e-gold account but no money in it for now cause i spend them very fast to recharge my phone with money so that i can call my friend
