CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE-Do u think that there are some etiqettes to use mobile?

Cell phone Ettiquettes - Well picture describes my subject of discussion i.e CELL PHONE ETTIQUETTES.

Well heres a fresh topic different from others.its subject describes it well.Guys i think there should be some ETIQUETTES to use cellphone while driving,walking,at home,at office etc....if your are thinking just like me then please mention any rules that you think that should be forced to follow,please discuss it here as i want more and more rules or etiquettes.

Many times I have seen people talking endlessly over cellphones at offices, banks during working hours, concert venues, cinema theatres, hospitals, even while driving vehicles. The last-mentioned, in spite of even strict rules by traffic depts. People by and large have this bad and nasty habit of talking over the phones endlessly - necessary, urgent or otherwise. I have seen many employees in offices using cellphones in office hours like anything.

yes u are absolutely right here is my three rules: never use mobile 1) in mosque 2) while driving 3) while in classrooom
