I want a job in a developed country as a cardiac anesthesiologist

I am an assistant lecturer of anesthesia. I work as a cardiac anesthesiologist and I want to upgrade my clinical experience in that field.

Folafola, maybe if you could talk with someone at an American Embassy, or consulate, they would be able to help you find out. I'm sure there are some embassies for other countries too, if you are interested in upgrading there. I'm sure there's international studies programs that would be willing to sponsor you in some way. Good luck! (ps...I'm a nurse in the USA)
