What is referral all about? How it is going? Is this adding friends anywhere or inviting friends?

Referral is actually a way of raising an earnings.

Referals are people you know who might be interested in posting here also, and Earn some extra money. These can be your Family, Friends, etc. I know I have gotten like 20 Referals on here, and the hardest thing about it, is hoping that they will do anything on here.
