Steve Nash by far. He puts up more assist and more points at the same time. Plus he has a winning team.

All of that up there. Plus the two MVP awards, and probably a third one that he will get this year. He is an outstanding player, and makes his teammates play better. Jason Kidd is the true definition of a point guard who works hard. Nash is the better of the two.
