Please explain to me the difference between butter and margarine.

well the butter it's more healthy for the body and it tastes way better amd is white not yellow like the margarine,i recomend you eat butter instead of margarine

Well, there are differences between the two; but I think that it doesn't really matter. Everything in moderation is great for your health! Balance is the key!

I like butter because it makes everything taste so much better. It is more expensive than margarine. and I don't loke margarine, My husband loves margarine. that all he buys. Butter has a lot of colesterol. so you really half to be careful using it. because too much colesterol will give you a heart attack.

It looks like you have the physical differenc already in one of your replies. I would like to say that butter has animal fat and marg is chemical or vegetable fat so there is no cholesterol in the marg. Also you can get marg that has a cholesterol lowering property in it so that is a bargain.
