Americans logic is completely backwards. Everyone's worried about terrorists, but the USA government is making more terrorists in Iraq.

Not only that, but the war in Iraq and Afghanistan is training these "terrorists" to be better fighters. Also, the number of dead soldiers in Iraq is now more than the ones that died on 9/11, supposedly the greatest terror attack in America.
Finally, Americans are more vulnerable now than before the war.

So why is it that if America is a democracy, they allow their government to make them more vulnerable and at the same time wasting trillions of their money?

You are right, but, the answer for your smart question might be found in the mind of the greatest terrorist in the world who brought war & destruction in this world, G.W.B. (son).

We're not "bringing them out in the open". We're creating them. You don't seem to understand that Iraqis are becoming more and more anti-America. Have you researched the latest polls?
Iraq is worse off after hussein than before hussein.

At least when Hussein was in power, they had electricy, could walk around their streets without being afraid to get killed, and had running water.
