Do you get any magazines for pregnant women? :) I used to get them while I was pregnant and I saved all the articles on exercising. :) I had been doing pilates and a little yoga before I got pregnant.
Anyway, I started off slow but I didn't start exercising again until about 6 or 7 months pregnant. I wish I had started sooner. :)

Most doctors will tell you to keep doing the same thing you always do. I have had friends that where still doing arobics in their eight month. I was doing all the same exercises with my three pregancies as I did when I wasn't pregnant. I did situps, stepping, cardio.
Ask your doctor but I'm sure they will tell you the same thing.
