See the moment you post the discussion, within minutes it disappears from the first page, goes to second. By the time I come to 2nd page, it would have gone to 10th page and within 30 minutes, it would have gone to 30th page. Tell me how one will go on search that many pages to answer a discussion.

Isn't it frustrating. I know I post one thing and within 10 minutes, I can't find it. I'm sure that are alot of good discussion topics that go completely overlooked because they get pushed to the back of the line in no time at all.

I do add tags. That is why I am even more frustrated.
I am realizing too that the time of day that you post has a big impact also. Now is a good time of day and around 8:00 at night.

Mylot has alot of active members, so alot of peoples topics get lost up in the shuffle sometimes.

If you are not getting respond then i've a trick always search the topic which you want to post it'll be useful for you..and never post same or related question..

I think that sometomes when we post questions and no one responds its just because there are so many people posting and replying that sometimes the posts get bumped further back in the pages and people start replying to the first ones they see that interest them, so some posts just dont get seen.

You have to do the same thing that the rest of us are doing. Post and then cross your fingers that someone will reply to keep your threat at the top of the list. There is no science to this it is pure luck. Thanks for your reply.

well.... take a look at ur profile.... to ur left u can see discussions posted and resolved... by giving best answers u r resolving a discussion... meaning u've got ur soln to ur discussion!

I think this one is crappy, but I was annoyed that no one would talk to me. Have you ever posted a topic and no one responded? It makes you feel small and insignificant and I hated feeling that way. Thank you for replying and making me feel as if I can swim with the bigger fish.

Yeah, but its usually because no one sees them, I think that things only get seen if people are searching for topics that relate to your posts. So you may need to make topics that are more popular.
