Does anybody know any sites that actually pay? I'm looking for sites that have some kind of game that you can play and that works in Canada. In return, here's a site that I currently use. I'm not 100% sure if it pay,s yet...but it is quite fun (if you enjoy the lottery/gambling). It's free to join and is quite addictive.

Netwinner does pay. Kerclinkc game, I am a member but I have not tried requesting the check yet so I can't tell yet.
