I do different types of cardio such as step aerobics, walking, jogging and kickboxing. I also do strength training a few times a week. My cardiovascular capacity has really improved, by body has gotten firmer, I've definitely gotten stronger, and I feel better overall.

I was thinking about doing cardio. I would like to shape up some before this next summer comes along.

I walk on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes each day. It has toned my muscles and provides good aerobic exercise without being too strenuous. I also use a yoga ball several times a week to build muscle and improve my balance. I would like to have the opportunity to exercise more often and for longer periods of time but it is hard to do when you have 3 small children.

My exercise involves, different poses of Yoga. Walking in the morning and evening. Pranayama, which is a part of Yoga, in morning hour. It is based on systematic breathing. It keeps blood circulation well in all parts of body.

I use to do yoga. It was very rewarding and would also help me relax right before bed.
