Cool..so you are a talented cook:) I enjoy cooking too and experiment various cuisines all the time. Recently I made Veg Fried Rice and Veg ball manchuri in Garlic sauce. It came out well. I even tried a Babycorn stir fry recipe given by a fellow mylotter. could you give me the recipe for Veg Egg roll..sounds good.

ok thats good for your response i have no problem giving you the recipe. You can get a bag of coleslaw from the produce section this only have cabbage and carrots its easier and you dont have to shredd anything and then get egg roll wrappers you can go to walmart to get egg roll wrappers, ginger, scallions (green onions),bean sprouts, sesame seed oil, oyster sauce garlic (if you like)heat up the oil on low and then stir fry garlic and ginger first wants ginger is soften its start to loosen up the flavor and then put your veggies in the wok or non stick skillet you can put 2tblsp of oyster sauce its to your likeing cook until the cabbage becomes translucent or soft this will take maybe 10-15 min once veggies are done let cool before you start filling them. wrapp egg rolls according to package fry egg rolls in peanut oil or veg.oil until they turn brown may 3-5 minutes on each side once they are done drain oil dunked these babies in dipping sauce ohhhhhh your friends will be soooooo jealous ummmm ummm sooo good

If anyone of you guys wanna cook good chinese food. I'm available for consultation. I'm experienced in Chinese Cuisine. Chinese cooking actually has a lot of difference if compared to western cooking. There are dozens of cooking methods in chinese cuisine. There are some which me myself, has never tried before. The amount of chinese dishes, which i summarized, is not less than 1000 . Out of the 1000 dishes, maybe there's only 200 of them which I have the resources and spices to make. There's one thing that i'm quite sure, getting the recipes from the internet are not sufficient to make good chinese food. As most of the recipes does not include precise cooking method of each particular elements. But anyway, it's good for trying. I love trying to make new dishes at home too ^^.

Actually it's a lot less tricky than most people believe, depending on how intricate you want to get.
I often do a stir fry style dinner, take a meat (usually chicken but sometimes beef) add it to the skillet, top with some soy sauce, perhaps some teryaki sauce, add frozen veggies of choice, and stir it up to cook. Serve over rice for an oriental style dinner.
There are so many sauces available out there too that are authentic in taste and fair in price that you can add meat and veggies to just about all of them to end up with a great dinner!
Also, it's so easy to simply take left over spaghetti noodles (no red sauce on them) and toss them in a skillet with some soy or teryaki, a few onions or veggies and get a lo mein style dinner! Same with fried rice. You don't need a recipe. Take some leftover rice, put in skillet with soy sauce, add frozen carrots and peas and stir fry it up!

you see its an art becuase thats the way they was brought in their house hold how to cook chinese food, you see we have a tool as well the best thing to do is to find out what you want to cook or a few dishes go get all the ingreients they use a wok but you can use non-stick pan just as good this my opinion. and take your time light some candles, listen to something that is light(music)no distractions this will be good arometherapy this work for me you have the love of passion of cooking and visualize your method of cooking. cook real slow go with the flow of the music and take your time and trust me it will come out just as good and you will notice that you have a technique of your own. let me know how did it come out

I've never even attempted to cook anything chinese --I guess I think it would be too complicated or some ingredients I couldn't find...
