What do you think of the new layout?

After returning from my New Years celebrating was the first time I really noticed the changes in the layout of myLot. At first, I didn't like the fact that my earnings were not broken down any longer, but then I realized the plus side of it. Instead of the income breakdown it now shows our top 8 interests in the side bar. And it appears that each interest is updated as a new discussion topic or reply is added to that category. That way, the newest discussions for your interests are always at the top of this top 8. While some may complain about this, I'm glad to see this. I think it will result in a major cutdown in the number of topics that are started in the general discussion, but are related to a topic interest shared by others on myLot. Genius. Also, I personally think I've seen a much better response in my discussions because the people that come into my topics are now doing so more often because they have similar interests. I say that this is a huge plus for creating an organized community on myLot. I don't know how much thought this was given, but I certainly like it. How about others? Do you like being able to navigate recent topics in your favorite interests easily? Or do you prefer going back to the old way? Please don't just say one or the other, give some reasons as to why you chose what you did. Thanks.
