I don't want to kick her out because of the grandson only 17 months old, I buy all his food and clothes and diapers....help

First of all you have to set some rules, tell her she has to fine a job or you are not going to pay her bills any more.

im afraid the only way to motivate her will be to force her to pay rent...i know it's a bit cruel..but you gotta let her know that she got to be responsible for everything...there's nothing such as free lunch in this world. be firm with her.

I am a softy and when my son lived at home and was old enough to work I tried to get him motivated but never could. So, I personally started picking up applications for him and then I spent one whole day with him looking. It was fun for both of us I made it seem more fun than a chore. Maybe try helping her, find someone who is hiring. Help her find her way, she may not think she can do this on her own.
