I tend to sleep until about lunchtime (although I go to bed late sometimes) and my God Father was always telling me how much of our lives are spent sleeping. But I don't consider sleep a waste of my time. I dream a lot and... I just feel so secure in my bed. I don't think you can really measure health by sleep. It depends on the person. And I have to say that i sleep better when I've been active throughout the day.

Yeah, too much of anything is bad for your health. Too little of anything too.
Its really important to find the balance, to sleep soundly for like 8 hours or so..so you can wake up all fresh..instead of waking up after sleeping for 10-12 hrs and wake up all drowsy or sleep too little and wake up like you haven't slept at all.
Sufficient sleep is very important

i completely agree with u.
i also like to sleep as much as i can.
specially in the winter season, sleeping is just a great fun.
it feels very nice to remain in the bed for a long time.
Isn't it?
