How many times do you brush ur teeth daily??? For how many minutes??

Take guidlines from here.... Do you know that one should brush twice daily and each time one should brush atleast for 2 minutes??? Yes... I do this daily.... If you have more knowledge about this; may be u r a dentist, please share more information about oral health here.... Thank You...
And by the way, the one reading this, thell me how many times do you brush? Don't hesitate man... You won't stink online.... so let all know :)

You are suposed to brush at least twice a day for two minutes. But, for good oral health you have to also floss twice a day and you should use mouth wash also.
