talking on cell phone in bathroom???

My cell phone is always with me. I have taken it to the washroom. But I can't say I have ever talked on it in there.

i did use them myself in a public bathroom when i am on work and it is an important call. otherwise i do not talk while in the bathroom.

I know someone who dropped their phone in the toilet by mistake. It got all wet and I don't know what happened but I think she had some problems with it. I rather not use it in the bathroom. It doesn't make sense.

I talk on the phone while in the bathroom quite a bit, but it all depends on who I'm talking to! I've been caught by girlfriends before and they hung up and told me to call back lol! I look at as the same as talking while you're driving or whopping, why is it different? Just because I'm using a bodily function, doesn't mean that it should make much of a difference!

I know I've answered my phone while in a public bathroom and whispered that I'd call them back. I think I'd be embarrassed to have a conversation while on the toilet as well as being in a public toilet where others would hear all of your conversation. There's a girl at my work who when she makes a call will make in in the bathroom and stand near the sinks while on the phone. I'm not sure why she does it, she is generally speaking a different language to so its not like we can eavesdrop :D

I think it's SO annoying when people talk on their cell phones in public bathrooms! When I was in NYC over Christmas/New Years, there were always huge lines in public bathroom areas, so it would take a considerable amount of time to get to go pee. Well, in one of them in Rockefeller Center, the line had about 30 people or more in it, and the janitorial lady ended up being a traffic coach in the bathroom. There were so many women on their phones that she started yelling at them to tell them to just pee and talk later, because they were holding up the line so much! Eventually when that didn't work, she just let everyone cut in front of them. It was very strange, and super irritating. If I wanted to evesdrop on a conversation, I'd make a point to (not that I do it regularily at all), but in a bathroom, you really have no choice. There's nothing else going on! I hate it when people are on their phones in restaurants, too.

Haha...well I would think that yes they could've called the person back or even held their business until later. I suppose talking on your cellphone while doing your bathroom business is just as bad as talking on your regular phone and doing the same thing. I remember how disgusted I used to be when my cousin would talk on the phone while taking a pee or even a poop...and he thought that I couldn't hear it lol. So when I would ask what that sound was he would make up some story and I would just laugh in my head because I knew what was going on lol..

I think there is no harm in using batheoom while on phone, it is veri comon now-a-days

I dont think there is anything wrong with talking with a cell phone in the bathroom.
