Who Would You Choose for Your 1st pick in The Draft?

As everyone discovered this past weekend that the Oakland Raiders will have the 1st pick of the draft due to their horrible season. What position do you think they should think about the most to consider? A new QB, WR or RB? Will it be offense or defense? Personally I think the help is needed all around. I believe they have plenty under the cap to spend. I am just wondering who looks good to them?

Can they draft a new coach? That would be the place to start in my opinion. This team needs SO much work that I don't even think the #1 pick is going to turn them around. A QB would be the way to go though.
