What are your Ebay seller worst stories? Advice for someone starting to sell?

With so many sellers on Ebay, I am sure there are plenty of horror stories out there, what have you heard? I've got a feedback rating over 100 and have sold plenty. I've got all positive feedback, but not without a few headaches and hassles... I get so many excuses for non-payment (someone actually tried to tell me they didn't know what they were doing when they bid on my item - yeah right!), it's quite funny! Are there certain items/types of items you have found sell better than others? Any tips for a new Ebay seller would be so helpful!
